Termination of contract.

I’ve been ill at my current job and received a verbal termination with only two days to vacate, despite my contract stipulating a one-month notice period in writing.
Can I go to HR or anyone else when the termination is not as the contract says it should be?

The contract states that the company provides two free meals a day for on-duty staff, yet I’ve been charged Â¥400 per meal during on-duty hours.

The termination clause in the contract explicitly states, “not less than one month’s written notice of termination.”

Regarding insurance, the contract mentions staff coverage under Japanese legislation but recommends personal travel insurance. Yet we’re not covered by any insurance and we have to pay out of pocket.

Despite working in a hotel with health and safety risks like black mold, I raised concerns to my manager without any improvement or protective gear provided.

Despite the contract’s assertion of a balanced work-rest-play experience, we’ve been consistently working 6-7 days a week for 8-10 hours each day. I’d appreciate your advice on how to handle these issues.

I’m sorry if this is hard to read, I’m a little bit mad as I’m writing this.

Can I report this to anyone, like Hello Work or a labor thing??
