I bought fabric from fabric stores. Can I legally craft it into products and sell them?

I bought a few fabric samples with Japanese designs from a few different fabric stores; the kind of fabric that you can’t find in the United States. I’m wondering, can I craft them into ties or pillowcases or purses and sell them? These would be sold within the United States, not Japan.
Normally, I would assume that this is fine, but in the United States, many fabrics at fabric stores print on the sides “Not for commercial use”. It seems like a legal grey area and not enforceable to me since it contradicts the first sale doctrine, but anyways, that’s my own country’s problem. What about Japan?
In case anyone was curious, the fabric stores that I purchased fabric from were:
\- Okadaya in Shinjuku, Tokyo
\- Nomura Tailor in Kyoto
\- Yamaguchi Chubee in Kyoto
If you know of any other fabric stores that you’d suggest, I’m all ears! I’d love to check them out!
