I want to stay in Japan

So, I’ve been an ALT for a little over a year now, but I decided not to resign past my second year. So I’ll be leaving my current job in August. However, I really, really want to stay in Japan (my Japanese language skills are still pretty low though) I want to move to Tokyo. Where do I even begin? I don’t care if it’s more English work, that’s fine. I just love Japan and I’m not ready to leave it.
