Hi everyone. I posted an itinerary a few months ago for my January trip to Japan. It’s our first trip and is city-focused so that we can use the knowledge to create a new trip in future. We’re all booked up for hotels, teamLabs, Ghibli Museum and theme parks (Mondays are the quietest based on previous year’s data). Since the last version, we’ve decided to cut down on some hotel changes for simplicity, no Ryokan or Disney hotels this time as we feel that we would prefer to spend our time away from the hotel.
We’d love a bit of a sanity-check here, each day is planned to be largely walkable once we reach a certain area or city, but we have space for a tokyo day trip, more activities in Hiroshima and evening events everywhere. I hope this helps someone else who is just starting their planning too
