I am autistic and am not really able to work in traditional roles due to it’s toll on my mental health. Does Japan have opportunities for ‘non-traditional’ work? Such as starting your own small business, or more neurodivergent friendly work?
I know Japanese work culture is quite different to my own country’s (Australia) so I would want to know the vibe before going.
