Advice for international Sales

Greeting guys, Im a Renewable Energy Engineer for 3 year and had been job hunting for previous month. Finally got an offer. And need some advice before making the decision. The company is a Prime listed company in F&B industry and I had been assign for marketing and exporting fruit to overseas.

**What I want to ask is if anyone experienced in international sales, how challenging is the work. And if you quit this job, what is the reason causes that. I leave some detail below.**

Thank you and have a Happy New year.

Reason want quit

\-Not really get along with renewable energy field in Japan, instead of engineering, the job mainly talks with landlord and dealing with government. \-Need to work in Saturday if there’s a Holiday in weekday

\-No raise for 3 years (not only me cause i ask most of my colleague and they didnt get it too)

\-Colleague lost his finger during the maintenance work and thats a huge shock to me

Reason Why I choose oversea sales

\-I do enjoy when I negotiating with overseas turbine maker in my current job

\-Utilizing my Language skills

Feel anxiety about:

\-Didnt have actual skill in sales especially in international. Have some experience in retail sales tho. But the company didnt mind it and offer OJT.

\-Is there any other better field beside international sales where I dont aware of.
