How many of y’all are actually Fluent, or plan to become Fluent in Japanese?

Like I get that Japanese is a very hard language, but you should still be respectful, and responsible enough to atleast try to learn the language. Japan has one of the lowest rates of English proficiency in the world. And outside of major cities finding a Japanese person who is fluent in English is like finding a needle in a haystack. I think that if you plan to stay in Japan for more than 3 years then you should seriously consider learning Japanese. Honestly this applies to any foreign country you move to for a long period of time. Anyways Goodluck 👍
