Hello! I’m really sorry if this isn’t the right place to post this question, but I really need some help.
I was gifted a wonderful sushi making kit for Christmas this year, but I have absolutely no idea where to start when it comes to getting safe fish to eat. I live in a small city in Texas, with the only places to get fish being HEB, Walmart, and Sam’s Club. I’ve heard some people mention using the frozen salmon portions from Costco with good results. Would these frozen portions from Sam’s Club be ok? I’m really hesitant to start making sushi until I know the fish will be safe to eat. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
