I’m making my first batch of sushi tomorrow, I hope it turns out half as good as yours!! Looks great man! I’m gonna try some sauces like spicy mayo and eel sauce well see how it turns out.

Great job! Better than most first attempts! If canned fish is more common, try canned eel! My Wegmans has it in the Asian isle. Canned barbequed eel is great, with some veg and a little extra eel sauce in the roll.
