Itinerary advice – March 2024 21 days solo

Hello.

I hope everyone around Ishikawa and those affected by the earthquake and/or tsunami are safe and doing alright.

I would like some advice on my itinerary please and the major concerns I have listed at the bottom of the post. That would be very much appreciated 🙏😓

So I have been to Tokyo and Osaka 3 times, Kyoto and Nara once, and Sapporo once. This time I wanted to visit places I’ve never been to (mostly) and this will be my first solo trip ever. For reference, I’m pretty short (5’1) and not very strong/fit (can probably do 15-17k steps per day, anything over 20k I’m like cranky tired).

So here is my itinerary so far.

**Major concerns:**

\- I would like to use Yamato Transport between each city – is this a good idea considering I am staying at each hotel for such a short time (so if the takyuubin gets delayed then I might end up missing my luggage???)? Main reason for doing this is, again, I’m pretty small and not very strong so usually having to carry a big luggage and a small luggage and having to go up and down stairs with two suitcases is quite hard ;-;

\- I know my itinerary is desperately lacking details but I will get onto that today… But if anyone has recommendations especially for really good food places in any of these cities, I would be much obliged

\- Desperately need activity recommendations for my second day in Nagoya and maybe even my second day in Sendai as Tashirojima isn’t a priority but if I have nothing else planned then why not see some kitties hehe.

Thank you so much for any comments/advice!!
