Probably a long shot but I’d wanted to visit Ibaraki and omw back from Utsunomiya I’ve hopped off at Koga after realising it’s on the edge of the prefecture. Any ideas of anything to do? I’ve seen the Koga Kubo Park and probably heading there now. Have until the last train back to Tokyo tonight. Open to travel to nearby spots if not a lot in Koga.
