I’ve been reading a bit about ALT companies not paying a full wage in certain months. Are there any companies that don’t do this or are there any that do it less than others? Are there any other holidays where they commonly do it beside the long summer holidays? What’s Interac’s policy with this? Interac are the one I’m consider applying for first. Its pretty deceptive advertising eg Â¥230k a month when it really averages out to about Â¥215k. Thanks a lot 🙂
