My girlfriend [Japanese] and I have been dating for 6 months. We only see each other once a week. I asked to see her more than once a week about 4 months into the relationship and she said to me that most Japanese couples only see their partners once a week and that’s normal. What are your thoughts on this? Is that normal for life in Japan?
