Would Journaling the few words, kanji and phrases I know do more harm than good in the long run?
Pretty new to Japanese here. Just finished up learning all the Katakana and Hiragana and have begun learning some real basic Kanji and Phrases (maybe 11-15 total). Also Just bough Tae Kim’s book and plan to slowly work through that.
Anyway, I write and journal a ton, would it be good to write the few words or phrases I know while journaling, even if they are technically not in grammatical order? Or would that mess with my understanding in the long run? E.g. writing “私” in place of I and little things like that.
