Hoping to get some advice re one week in Okinawa with a 11mth old.
Planning to visit for a week in early June with baby who’ll be 11months by then. After initial research, unsure whether it would be better to stay on main Island or venture out to Miyako/Ishigaki?
We’re keen to do a bit of exploring the scenery and sites, enjoy food and have some water/beach activities. Not too big on swimming but still be up for some snorkelling.
Is the main island the way to go in terms of variety and travelling around with the baby or is Miyako/Ishigaki that much better in terms of sites and beaches etc?
Should also add we’re very comfortable renting a car and driving around.
