I was wondering if there was an equivalent in Japanese for this kind of question:
“So are you looking to move out or?”
My understanding of it in English at the very least is that it feels much more conversational and less pointed because the or essentially prompting the other person for nuance rather than making it sound like you think they should be moving out.
I know it won’t be 1:1 but does Japanese have similar structures?
Maybe のか?

One way I see this done is either by using phrase final が or using は after the verb or join you’re asking about. は has the conotation of “how about x” so you can just trail off.
You can start with もしかして
