Yamitsuki cabbage salad from izakaya

Hi! I am in Tokyo for the first time and I had a delicious cabbage salad at the izakaya. It was just cabbage with a lovely dressing and kelp on top. Can someone please tell me how to make this and what ingredients I need? I searched google but none seemed correct.
