Was hoping for some feedback on our itinerary. Group of 2 going to Japan in early March! Haven’t really planned much regarding food options yet but we heard that there are lots of restaurants in most areas that don’t require reservations.

Day 1 (Arrival):
\- Arrive, accomodations near Nippori station
\- Explore Akhibara
Day 2 (Central/South Tokyo):
\- Tokyo Station
\- Tsukiji Fish Market
\- Shopping (Uniqlo, Pokemon Center Tokyo DX)
\- Hamarikyu Gardens
\- Team Lab Planets
Day 3 (Tokyo):
\- Asakusa (Sensoji Temple, Nakamise)
\- Shinjuku (Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building for views, Omoide Yokocho)
Day 4 (West Tokyo):
\- Ghibli Museum
\- Harajuku (Takeshita Street, Omotesando)
\- Shibuya (Meiji Jingu Temple, Yoyogi Park, Mega Don Quijote, Shibuya Scramble Crossing, Shibuya Sky vs. Mori Tower)
Day 5 (Tokyo -> Kyoto):
\- Ueno Park
\- Shinkansen to Kyoto
\- Stay in Kyoto accommodations for rest of trip
\- East Kyoto (Kiyomizu Temple, Fushimi Inari, Kinkakuji Temple)
Day 6 (Osaka):
\- Universal Studios / Super Nintendo World
\- Explore Dotonbori District if there’s time at the end of the day
Day 7 (Kyoto/Nara):
\- Nijo Castle
\- Day trip to Nara Park
\- Check out Nakatanidou, Higashimuki
Day 8 (Kyoto):
\- Arashiyama Monkey Park and Bamboo Forest
\- Tenzan No Yu Onsen
\- Philosopher’s Walk
Day 9:
\- Fly out
