Is there such a thing as pet sitting in your home 24/7 in nagoya?

I’ve looked into pet hotels but they all seem to be kept in a cage without a run area.i prefer to have someone stay at my house. But I’ve heard that is not a thing in Japan.. any advice would be helpful thank you
