I’m 37F, currently on a placement year for the degree at my home university. My spoken Japanese is basic/conversational, my reading and writing is strong, but listening comprehension is by far my weakest skill.
I’d like to pick up some part time work when not in class or studying, because I’m getting way too comfortable hiding in my dorm room.
I have the appropriate permission to do a part time job (stamped on my residence card that I got when I landed) but due to my mobility issues, I can’t do a physical job like I used to.
Is it possible to find a part time job that does not require me to stand for long periods or be massively physically active?
