Damn calling this “classic” reminds me of ordering “classic” cheese pizza when I used to live in Japan haha.
I’m really curious…do people care about authenticity when it comes to cuisines? Like I would still enjoy sushi like this but I would do my research and understand foods outside my culture and not just call things “classic.” This is like saying Taco Bell is real Mexican food.
