I’m a Brazilian student going to Sapporo for a 6 months exchange programme. I would like some info on a few important topics relating to living in Japan.
1- how is medicine and doctor appointments? Do foreigners on student visa have a right to socialized medicine?
2- how to deal with problems of theft? How helpful is the police and how hard is it to recover lost items?
