Could appreciate some advice.
I’ve been working as a postdoc in a lab in Japan under the JSPS postdoc fellowship. I’ve been told that my relationship with my direct supervisor has been not up to par, which is why my contract will be ending in 3 months.
Words of sympathy or advice would be appreciated during these delicate times
