1. Condolences to the deceased coast guard crews
2. Criticism and expression of deep concern against media and social network users spreading misinformation
3. Condemnation against the Japanese investigators who the statement accuse as their investigation violates the protocol and international norms set by ICAO which Japan have signed and ratified. As a context, I assume this statement come due to a pretext in 2001 known as JAL Suruga bay mid air incident which a 747-400 and a DC-10 almost collided injuring 100 people and potentially killed 677 passengers. Two air traffic control personal were criminally charged and was sentenced to jail time sparking outrage from international aviation community.
