Hey guys, throw away for reasons.
I am a 契約社員 and I was just told that my branch will be closing. My current contract goes until the end of March. They said that we won’t be “closed closed” until end of July. They said they’ll help me figure out staying and working until then and possibly beyond, but I don’t have it in writing.
I’m looking for new jobs with some success, but I’m preparing for the event I don’t have a job past March. My spouse has told me that I would need to go to Hello Work and also apply for unemployment (I pay for unemployment insurance through my salary now). However, I was worried if applying for unemployment might eventually negatively affect a PR application. Does anyone have any insight or experience with this?
