Itinerary advice / opinions

I’m travelling to Japan for the first time this summer. I want to do / see as much as possible without getting burnt out, but I’ve never done a trip this long before, so finding it hard to gauge. Any advice or opinions on my plan so far would be greatly appreciated! And any recommendations for things not on the list are welcome; I love nature, history and culture.
