So this was actually awhile ago, first and last time I attempted making sushi. Life got crazy and long story short I’ve been wanting to give it another try. Spicy tuna, salmon avocado, rainbow rolls, and some made up rolls I just winged. My attempt at shrimp tempura was kind of a fail, it was bit doughy and not crispy but I’ll take another crack at that too.
