driver’s license document check: show or don’t show license history with seatbelt issue?

I got a US driver’s license years ago and drove regularly in the USA. I came to Japan around 2015 and renewed my US license in 2018 via mail.

I have both my current license and the prior license, so the 90-days-in-country-after-issuance issue should not be a problem. However, in case it is a problem, I have my complete driving history from home DMV.

*However,* I have a conviction on there for not wearing a seatbelt in 2011. In the USA, this would be viewed as a nothing-burger, but I am wondering if it could cause problems in Japan, such that, if the DL center doesn’t accept my pior US driver’s license and passports as proof I was in country for 90 days, should I ***not*** show them my driving history from the DMV???
