Hello guys, I know you get a lot of posts of this sort, I tried to find posts with similar questions but I didn’t find any, so please help!
So my issue is the insanely high initial fees, I searched in Oakhouse, Sakura house, and Borderless but they have high initial fees 🙁 I only plan to stay 1 month in share houses and then move to an apartment, I already started the apartment hunt so I estimate that I can do it in 1 month with the help of a real estate agent.
Are there any share houses that aren’t that expensive or with no initial fees? My workplace is in Shinjuku so I am thinking of a maximum of 1h commute time, preferably Setagaya-ku.
