Recommendations for Tailor / Bespoke T-shirts, Polo and Formal shirts?

Anybody knows if there are any Tailors in Tokyo that can arrange for custom size custom made T Shirts and other garments? Seems everywhere I look it’s only for long sleeve / formal / work shirts.
