Mercari withdrew money from my bank account even though I did not make any new purchases. Their customer support said sometimes there is a double charge for cancelled purchases. In this case I’ve been charged for a cancelled purchased I made more than a month ago !
I need to get a refund but their customer support isn’t helpful at all.
Has anyone ever experienced this ? How did you get your refund ?
