Ghibli park or museum tickets ?

Hi,

I have been trying to get tickets either for the museum or the park, using Lawson Ticket, as I will be in Japan this fall, but not as a tourist.

For the park, whenever I try to enter the lottery for any week and park area in November, I can’t apply and the bottom of the page reads “A system error has occurred. Please try again after a while.”
Has the number of applications been reached or is it just me ?

For the museum, I wanted to book a ticket but I don’t have a Japanese phone number, so I can’t book a ticket for Japanese residents, and they ahve not gone back to selling ticket overseas yet. Does anyone know if booking is available at Lawson shops directly in Japan ?
