Hey, so as a country bumpkin from Itoshima I have no idea what’s going in the cities here. Earlier this evening I was walking around in Ikebukuro, and there were a whole bunch of weird men walking around with earpieces on… some were dressed formally, some weren’t, some looked pretty terrifying. The thing is, they weren’t really doing anything, they were sort of just looking around staring at people, pretty odd. Anyway, anyone from Tokyo with a bit more street smarts than me know what they were doing?
