I’m considering a few places to buy in Saitama, and want to get a general understanding of what is possible and what to expect cost wise for any renovations. But, I feel like if I directly contacted contractors/reform companies out of the blue, they would be loathe to give me the time of day, since I’m not yet actually a home owner (maybe that assumption is wrong?)
So if anyone is knowledgeable about this space, ignoring minor issues with the specific layout, is this doable? If so, what would the whole thing cost, very roughly?
