We’re traveling to Japan on February 2024.
• Our flight to Nagoya (via Chubu Centrair International Airport) lands at 5:00 AM. We plan on going to Fujikawaguchiko immediately after landing.
• Now, the airport is about 45 minutes to 1 hour away from Meitetsu Bus Center.
• The bus to Kawaguchiko Station leaves at 7:10 AM.
Do you think we would be able to leave the airport early enough to catch the 7:10 AM bus, given that our flight lands at 5:00 AM? Is it a good idea to reserve our bus tickets now?
If our flight gets delayed and we miss our bus, what are our choices of alternative transport to Kawaguchiko Station? We’d like to explore Nagoya but we will probably be too tired as our flight is from 12:10 AM to 5:00 AM.
Additionally, we will probably arrive at Fujikawaguchiko earlier than our hotel check-in time (4:00 PM). We plan to leave our luggage at the hotel and try the onsen at Fuji Yurari Hot Spring near the area. Would that be feasible?
