Loved to experiment with rolls that weren’t on the menu

Spicy Tuna and avocado on top, shrimp tempura, cream cheese, cucumber inside. Spicy mayo, Sriracha and togarashi underneath.

My favorite thing was to make the ginger and Wasabi into a rose and petal for decoration.
