This came with some salmon I got for sushi at hmart and I was wondering what type of sauce it was given I Really liked it, it was a bit spicy and I’d love to buy some but I don’t exactly read Korean (I believe?) thanks!
Might be a buldak sauce. Usually sweet and spicy
This is a gochujang (Korean fermented red pepper paste) sauce made with gochujang, vinegar, and some kind of sweetener. It’s sold at H Mart in red squeeze bottles and sometimes it’s called cocktail sauce. Different from the actual gochujang paste which is usually sold in square tubs.
