I’m a uni student living in Fukuoka, 3rd year. Since the 1st year I’ve had an insufferable upstairs neighbour, as many of us do. But this guy took it to the next level. During the 1st year I was lucky if I could get 4 hours of sleep because that guy’s parties started at like 1 am, peaked around 4 and finished by 7. And at 9 I have the classes starting. Thanks God as we became 3rd years he kinda calmed down but he still does it from time to time. I’ve called kanrigaisha like 5 billion times and got other people in the mansion do the same, had the police come over 3 times, went to confront him personally infinity of times. It’s always “Sumimasen I’m so sorry” and same shit in a couple weeks. Lately I’ve been struggling with a mental condition so I’m constantly on the edge, and guess what my best friend upstairs was doing until 6am today, when I had to get up at 8 to go to part time job. Whatever you’ve guessed you’re prolly wrong bc you’d never guess he installed a whole ass karaoke system in his room. I am LITERALLY losing my mind. Please help me with any advice.
