Hi, my wife moved with me to Japan on a dependent visa. She recently found a job where the employer was ready for visa sponsorship.
She submitted the form and other docs provided by the employer to Shinagawa immigration office on around 26th Dec.
Her DOJ is set to be 1st Feb.
I want to ask a few things :-
1. What are the chances of the visa not arriving before the DOJ?
2. In case the immigration wants additional/corrected documents, will they call us? Do we have to start the process all over again with the entire wait time ?
