Japanese tech scene as a Senior developer

Hello everyone !
I am looking to increase my employability in the Japanese market with a goal to move there in like 2/3 years

I am currently a Senior FullStack Engineer specialised in JavaScript technologies (Node/TS/Vue/React) and 7 YoE

My goal in the next 2/3 years is to improve my Japanese to JLPT-3 and either go into management or learn new tech skills to fit the Japanese market

But I’m still learning about the tech scene there so any opinion is welcome

I've got half of my mediocre sausage/veggie homemade roll from lunch and am on the fence about cutting it into bite sized pieces or finally trying to pan fry it and eat it like a thin burrito.
