うち vs ウチ

When used as a pronoun, is there any difference when spelled with hiragana vs katakana? Or is it just stylistic? If context matters it’s a game character’s dialogue:

あんさんら、ようやってはるねぇ
ウチが背中押したるさかい、おきばりやす

  1. I’m not sure if うち has any specific nuance, but katakana is often used to show emphasis, much like bolding or italicizing words in English.
