Found a nice and cozy pour over coffee shop: shigeno coffee craft, Oshiage

The coffee was so good, I went back to this shop 5 days in a row after I finished my Hokkaido trip, and decided to stay in Tokyo.

The shop’s pretty small, 6 person max, but it adds to the charm of vintage and antique. There’s a wide selection of coffee beans, my favorite is shige’s house blend and geisha g1 natural.

They sell cakes and pudding, but as someone who visited for 5 days; go for the pudding. It melts in your mouth, and has a nice balanced flavor. The caramel’s not too bitter and not too sweet.

Ah, and the shop closes every Wednesday.

The owner’s name is shige if you want to surprise him by knowing his name, he’s worked in this industry for 40 years and the shop’s about 10 years old.

Next I’ll make a post bout cafe de l’ambre and centre the bakery, but for those in Tokyo right now, try drink no.7 my recomm, cafe de l’ambre and French toast in centre the bakery.

You won’t regret!
