First attempt with a tamagoyaki pan making egg rolls (used a spatula, not quite up to chopstick level yet!)

Just discovered egg rolls so I wanted to have a go at making them. I saw a lot of youtube videos, haha! I wanted to try out the pan and different egg viscosity before I attempt to hone skills with chopsticks! Any advice welcome as these went down a treat with husband and kids!
