Moving a lot of luggage from Kobe to Tokyo. What is the best option?

Me and my partner are moving back to the UK at the end of this month. Currently live in Kobe with our 4 large suitcases, 1 medium suitcase and 2 carry on suitcases.

In 1 week we’ll be travelling to Tokyo for the remainder of our time here but we don’t really have a solid plan for moving all of the suitcases there.

We have already made arrangements for all of the luggage to get back to the UK from Tokyo.
Here are our current options.

Option 1: Take all 7 suitcases on the shinkansen.
The large suitcases are 23kg each and 160cm so they SHOULDN’T need oversized space.
However, it feels impossible to get all of this luggage to the station AND on the train AND in overhead compartments AND off the train.

Option 2: Send the large suitcases with Yamato to Tokyo.
This would take all the stress out of actually carrying the luggage.
However, I’ve never used this service so don’t know where to start, we might have left it too late, and worry about the luggage arriving too early (before we get to the Airbnb) or too late (after our flight back to the UK).

Option 3: some mix of options 1 and 2.

Could people please share if they have similar experiences or there is a better option we’re not aware of.
