From canada and want to surprise my daughters with tickets to a concert but I have two major concerns:
1) purchasing from viagogo (or any other reseller)
2) I’m reading that tickets can only be used by original purchaser but that doesn’t make sense if people are buying as gifts to others
Any help from experienced concert goers would be appreciated – thank you
