Can anyone suggest a good third party agent to use to claim pension from outside Japan?

Hi,

I resigned from my job in Japan at the end of December and have since returned to my home country. I worked in Japan from August 2022-December 2023 and have not done the pension payout process. Can anyone suggest any reasonable and good third party agents that I can use to assist with the process?
