Went to Japan last March and did Osaka, Tokyo, Kyoto and Nara. Trying a few new places this time with no JR Pass.
Day 1-3 Fukuoka
Day 4 Hiroshima
Day 5-6 Kyoto
Day 7-8 Osaka
Day 9 ???
Day 10-14 Tokyo
All hotels are booked!
Day 9 was going to be Hakone, but with the high costs of places that we don’t want to stay at all day, we’re considering a non ryokan in Hakone or finding another stop right off the Shinkansen from Osaka-Tokyo. Any recommendations?
