I moved to Tokyo (Setagaya very close to Meguro/Gakugei-Daigaku Station) a week ago and want to start doing MMA or Kickboxing.
Do you have any recommendations for a serious MMA/Kb Gym not to far away?
I’ve read a few threads before and the one I liked the most is the Exfight Gym in Shibuya (Only 2 Stations away from me) However, I would like to know if it’s really worth 22k Yen per month or if you know any cheaper options
