Please rate my 19-day itinerary

Hello there,

since my last itinerary wasn’t quite doable (thanks a lot for the feedback there) I tried to do my homework and write a new itinerary. I would be very happy about your opinion.

We are mostly interested in culture, nature and food and I tried to combine that with my itinerary.

My main concerns/questions are:

* Do we miss something essential?
* Is it doable or it the schedule to busy?
* I’m not familiar with the Japanese public transport system. So is the schedule doable in that sense?

I am very happy about any feedback. Thanks in advance!
