This is a general question to any UK Nationals Living in Japan, if you hold an Account still with NS&I – are you still able to login to it ?
A new 2FA system was introduced this year, and appears to be having a problem recognizing the # -key from both Landline & Mobile Phones. Is that your experience too ?
If you haven’t tried to login this year, be warned, that if you attempt unsuccessfully too many times, your account will become locked out, and you’ll need to call them on +44 1772 329 880.
(It won’t fix the 2FA issue, but you’ll at least be able to access your account through their telephone system)
